Mr. Tsang has been involved in consulting work for US legal service for 25 years. In 1984 he founded Immigration Express Immigration Company in Los Angeles, California and then established the Taipei office of Immigration Express in 1988.
Mr. Tsang has studied in Taiwan, Canada, and the United States. He has acted as a leader in many facilities, including the organizer and the director of the investigation team of Investigative Committee for Taipei Immigration Consultants Association in North America for 19 years. He is also the one of the key leaders of the Oversea Chinese American Chamber, and has held a Notary Public License for the State of California for over 20 years. In 1989, he was the Chinese electee of "Who is Who".

Chen-Cho Hinton was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, and educated in the United States. She received a scholarship from Interlochen Arts Academy, graduating in 1987. Ms. Hinton earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California in 1993. Subsequently she has taken advanced studies at USC, Columbia University, and schools in Florence, Italy.
As a leader of DE's Administration Group, she has 10 years experience in Law Firm Management and 7 years experience in Internet Marketing. She has made tremendous impact on the Marketing Research & Operational Management of DE. |

Terrence Pao graduates from California State University Fullerton in 1989. He used to hold an important position in the software development department of Top 50 companies in the U.S and take charge of the designing and development of Internal Financial Management System. With 20 years’ rich experience in software development, Terrence Pao attains proficiency in UNIX/LINUX System Architecture. As the Chief Software Develop Engineer of DEO, the most important leader of the entire network team, he is now engaged in the development of Ensemble Architecture of Network Application to make sure the effective and unhindered operation of software. |

She has represented hundreds of foreign nationals from China, England, Australia and many other countries immigration applications. The clients she has represented include large high tech corporations, start-ups, non-profit organizations, government entities and individuals. Actively engaged in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jessie has published immigration-related articles in the Chinese-language newspaper "World Journal", and has been interviewed with Channel 66 and Channel 26 on numerous occasions to discuss various topics on immigration and nationality law.
